Interview with your image consultant and personal shopper

Q: Where do you get your style sense from? A: My mom! She has impeccable style. She is my fashion icon and a world traveler. She has taught me how to dress. I also study fashion topics which include fashion history, current articles, go to fashion shows, and travel. I pick up on style techniques from the places I have lived. I have lived in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; Paris, France; Miami, Florida and I currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. Each place I have lived has its own distinct style that I have taken with me through life.

Q: Who are your favorite designers and where do you love to shop?

A: I have worked for Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus and I am familiar with high end shops and designers. I enjoy shopping high end but I really love shopping at discount stores as well. I love a bargain! I have so many favorite designers. Currently I like Herve Leger, Tracy Reese, Marc Jacobs and Jason Wu (just to name a few).

Q: What do you think about fashion trends?

A: I think it is fun to dress by current trends, but I think it is more important to dress for your body type, personality, age and environment. Personalize your style so that you look your best, and feel confident no matter what your demographic!
